Constraint: Codex plugin selectors require ASCII plugin ids; Chinese names belong in display metadata. Rejected: Keep Chinese plugin id | Codex skips it in plugin list and cannot parse plugin add selectors. Confidence: high Scope-risk: moderate Directive: Reject non-ASCII marketplace plugin ids and keep README/plugin metadata synchronized. Tested: python scripts/validate_marketplace.py; validate_plugin.py patent-application-drafting-skill; temp CODEX_HOME plugin list/add patent-application-drafting-skill; README coverage check. Not-tested: Codex model-level skill invocation.
