fix: auto-detect and upgrade Node.js to >= 22.22.0 across Linux, macOS and Windows

- Add smart Node.js compatibility checking (>= 22.22.0) required by Angular CLI 22
- Upgrade portable Node.js fallback download to v22.23.2 LTS across Linux, macOS and Windows
- Add automatic upgrade paths using nvm, NodeSource 22.x (with sudo/root), and winget
- Display detected Node.js version in toolchain readiness summary
