- Magazine (A) + Swiss (B) template updates: ?slide=N, ESC thumbnail fix, reduced-motion, spacing fixes
- Swiss validator: Playwright M1/M2 rendered measurement (overflow/whitespace/nav-safe/title-gap)
- SKILL.md: Step 0 upstream-update check, image-mixing decision tree, measure-before-edit ladder
- checklist.md: image-role guidance, quiet-zone rule, post-render measurement section
- Remove author-local golden-source absolute paths; point to in-repo template-swiss.html snapshot
- Add ppt-skill-showcase.png and A/B-only unification-plan.md
- Exclude all Bento/Style C assets, references, validator, and design-research docs

郭浩andClaude Opus 4.7 6bfa520b86 Fix Swiss style minimum font sizes and add weight ladder rules 
- Raise all meta/chrome/kicker/caption font-size floor from 13px → 14px
- Raise duo-compare col-desc floor from 13px → 16px (matching new caption rule)
- Fix 16px description text using weight 300 (too thin): timeline, takeaway, closing cover → 400
- Add explicit weight-size ladder (越大越细,越小越粗) to SKILL.md, layouts-swiss.md, checklist.md
- Remove stale `font-weight` override on cover lead (inherit .lead w400)
- Restore accidentally removed font-weight:500 on .h-bar-chart .row-lbl

- Add assets/motion.min.js (local fallback for offline demos)
- template.html: embed loader with local + CDN fallback chain,
  5 recipes (cascade / hero / quote / directional / pipeline)
- layouts.md: add data-anim markers to all 10 layouts,
  data-animate on pipeline / quote / directional layouts,
  Pre-flight section E documenting recipe decision tree
- components.md: add Motion 动效系统 chapter with loader,
  data attributes, recipes table, decision tree, FAQ
- checklist.md: add P1 entries 9b/9c and a 动效 self-check block
- SKILL.md: document animations in features list,
  resource tree, and loading order hints

Pipeline pages use manual advance: → / space / wheel-down light
up steps one by one; final → advances to next slide.
