新增独立插件“大电流 PCB 硬件设计”，将 BMS 项目中的载流路径、开尔文采样、启动默认状态、布局布线和验证交付经验提供为可复用的设计与审核流程，并附项目审核模板。案例电流、尺寸和器件仅作为示例。

来源：high-current-pcb-design v1.0.0，提交 1ce01521971170d2ba64039453a1f27b8e62200b。

通过 config/external-sources.json 注册 claude-skill 来源，按 latest-stable 跟随 Gitea 正式版本。已使用仓库同步脚本生成插件、两个市场索引及来源锁文件；保留 AVAILABLE 安装策略与 Developer Tools 分类。后续维护从来源配置和正式版本更新。

验证：

sync_external_plugins.ps1 -Only high-current-pcb-design 成功；在 PowerShell 7 中显式使用 UTF-8 运行。
python scripts/validate_marketplace.py 通过。
官方 validate_plugin.py 通过。
8 份分发技能文件与来源提交内容一致，其他来源及市场条目保持不变，git diff --check 通过。
来源分支、标签、正式 Release 和源码归档均已核对。

本次未执行 Codex 安装测试、EDA 运行或硬件实测。

Make high-current PCB guidance available as an independent plugin d508f0748d

Add the released design and review workflow for BMS, power switches and distribution boards, including the reusable review template.

Constraint: Reuse the external-source adapter and latest-stable Gitea release flow; installation remains AVAILABLE.
