fix: correct task scheduling and simplify agent internals

Fix queue cancellation, concurrency limits and worker status updates.

Use direct Explorer imports, split the Diagnoser loop into helpers and remove unused tool registration and prompt-builder code.

Correct model caching, endpoint selection and retry handling.

callers (and ``unittest.mock.patch`` targets in the test suite) address
collaborators such as ``settings``, ``StorageManager``, ``draw_dots``,

Supports scoping to a sub-container via 'target'. Always drag slightly PAST the target position to overcome touch slop and reliably trigger the update. When setting a slider to Maximum (100%) or Minimum (0%), swipe fully to the extreme boundary.",
