somew1nd 67248c887e feat: improve task execution, verification and packaging
Add execution incidents, action bursts and shared Flash history.

Expose verification and Explorer settings with streamed check results.

Support graceful cancellation, recording recovery and bundled UI resources.

Add CI quality checks and clean up comments and documentation.

"""Universal Multi-Model FlashRunner for Artemis.
Executes autonomous reactive mobile workflows across Google Gemini,
OpenAI GPT-4o/o3, Anthropic Claude 3.5/3.7, and OpenRouter endpoints.
Conversation shape (shared with the Pro operator, history redesign §3.2):
the prompt is built every turn from a session :class:`TranscriptLedger` —
a byte-stable system prefix, the committed earlier turns (append-only; old UI
lists stripped at depth 1, screenshots resolved to visual summaries at depth
K, long spans chunk-compressed), and a fresh tail carrying the current
observation under a ``# CURRENT OBSERVATION [T+mm:ss]`` header. Each
committed turn ends with an ``--- Action Execution Result (T+mm:ss) ---``
message, so every timestamp the model sees is a session-relative offset — the
same clock the video analyzer uses for the session recording.
